At Adornmonde, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
